When you visit us on our digital platforms, such as our website and social media, we automatically collect information about you. The information we automatically collect varies by media. 

When you visit our website and/or social media, we automatically collect the following information about you.

How we use your personal data – the purposes of the processing of your personal data

The collection and processing of your personal data is primarily for us to deliver the agreed services and products to you, including to provide good service in connection with the sale of our products.
This processing includes:

  • Managing your customer relationship with us, including managing and executing your orders, sending invoices for purchases and collecting payments for our products.
  • Communicating with you about the products we provide to you, sending notifications about purchases and about any errors. Answering questions and feedback.
  • Registration in customer database.
  • Managing our products for internal optimisation, including troubleshooting and optimisation of processes, so we can provide you and our other customers with an even better customer experience.

How long we keep your personal data

We will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer than that. 

According to the accounting legislation, BioNutria is obliged to keep accounting material for five years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates.

Marketing consents are stored for documentary reasons as long as they are valid and until two years after their last use.

Data relevant to any claims that are time-restricted under the statute of limitations will be stored for three years for documentary reasons.
